Question

Firing my agent

What is the name of your state? CT

We signed a contract last month to sell our home. We are not happy with our agent-- we sent him a letter telling him we are not interested in his services and listed the reasons why. He replied by rebutting all of our reasons and "reminding us of our contract". Cant I just not like his services and continue to work with either my attorney or other agent on existing contract on sale (if agreed upon closing date)?
