First Time Home Buyer Question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN

I did some searches but didn't find exactly what I was looking for. I own a home right now and my fiance lives with me. With the market being so favorable right now, we are looking at other homes. I know that she will qualify for first time home buyer if everything is in her name but is there a way to get me on the loan as a cosigner or something to use my income as well and still qualify for the first time home buyer credit? Thanks everyone.

**A: you need to be talking to a mortgage broker or direct lender.
