Fixture issue

What is the name of your state? Washington

We recently sold our house and the new buyers are emailing us asking us about "fixtures" we took with us. They are asking about items that to most people seem like personal possessions and not fixtures.

We left all of the things you would normally consider fixtures such as lights, celing fan, blinds, etc.

They are actually referring to such things as a decorative wall hanging that holds 3 rolled towels, a pantry item that hangs on the wall that holds saran wrap, etc. (We of course left the towel bars in each bathroom and the shelves that the builder originally installed in the pantry.)

By their definition anything hanging on the wall was a fixture. This doesn't seem right to me.

The sum total dollar value of the items they are referring to is maybe $200. What recourse if any do they have against us if we refuse to give them these items which to us are our belongings and not fixtures?

Should I be concerned or let it pass?

Tell them the items were personal use belonging and if they want to they can sue you for them.

Geeez, I think a timeout is in order here.
