Florida Real Estate "No Lien State"

What is the name of your state? Florida. Please explain what is meant by Florida is a no lien state with respect to transfer of title in the sale of a residential home?

Florida "No Lien State"

When buying a home, what does it mean that "Florida is a no lien state" with regard to passing title from a seller to a buyer?
