Foreclosure breakdown

What is the name of your state? Florida- I share a property with my 2 siblings as joint tenants with rights of survivorship. One of us has filed for Chapter 13 to protect the home from foreclosure and protect some personal assets as well. How is this possible if either party doesn't own the home solely?
