Forged Sales Contract Addendum

What is the name of your state? FL

Ok, Friday I'm at the closing table selling our home that had an initial contract of $372,000 with a 6% seller contribution and $2,500 deposit. The HUD 1 stated a sales price of $380,000 with 6% and as I began to question it, the agent tells me that the bank has just called and lowered the allowed seller contribution to 3%, and that i would be leaving with more money, but had to give the buyer the other 3% from a personal check, outside of closing!! She then shows me a copy of 2 addendums to the contract, which I had no idea of. The 1st raised the purchase price by $8,000 and extended the contract from 11/22 to 12/1. The other waived the deposit from the buyer. Both had my signature forged on them, my name mispelled on each,(in different ways), signed as the buyer, and one 1 replaced with the word seller and initialed. This was done by the mortgage broker, who confessed she did it to expidite the closing??? I refused to close, but I find myself in the akward situation that I have to sell asap and can't afford to delay the closing much longer. What kind of legal action can I have, and against whom? I found out that the loan officer had her license revoked in 04, and is probably working under the Mortgage lenders licence. Is the Tilte Co. liable for being negligent in seeing the obvious errors in the addendums? Any help would be appreciated. ThanksWhat is the name of your state?

Can you spell FRAUD, the entire lot should be turned over to the state commissions as well as the FBI!
