signatures on deed are forged by childred of mother who has died. Title insurance error, presented deed to buyer with a cloud,
buyer was not aware of cloud. What is the legnth of time for title insurance co to make the deed good?

**A: I am not sure the title company is even required to make the deed good. Have an attorney review the title insurance policy and the transaction history.
