| | | Former Mortgage Company Liable I am currently refinancing my home to take cash out towards the purchase of another home. My current deed has two old mortgages from my mother whom I purchase my first home from. My mortgage company can not get the release of Deed/Trust from the previous mortgage companies there for causing the refi to not be completed. Without that I can not come up with the cash I need to purchase the new home and the deal is ultimately dead and I have signed a sales agreement assuming there would be no issues. Can I hold the former mortgage companies that show on the deed Liable for causing the deal to fall through because their lack of oversite in ability to respond????

Oh, by the way, my computer is acting up, can I blame you?
