We were closing on a house on Wednesday, but found out at the last minute that one of the sellers of the house filed bankruptcy. We sold our house, closed minutes before finding out about the bankruptcy on our new house and now we are homeless! What is going to happen now with the house we were suppose to buy? Will the Bankruptcy Courts allow us to buy this house? Please answer soon!

The Trustee would allow the sale to go through as long as certain conditions were met ie. no fraud ocurred, the sale was an arm's lengths transaction etc.
