Getting deposit backWhat is the name of your state? Pennsylvania After a home inspection, the decision was made not to purchase a property. However, there is a disagreement on the date as to when the contract became valid. It was signed by buyers on the 10th, verbally accepted the selling agent on the 10th, but signed and faxed by sellers on the 11th. The buyers gave notice for termination on the 21st - 10 days after the sellers signed. Who is right? |

| Who cares? What has any of this to do with giving back the deposit based on a failed inspection? |

| IS it 10 days from a verbal or written acceptance? Doesn't everything have to be in writing? |
