getting out of contract w/RE agent

What is the name of your state? Texas.

Can I legally get out of a signed contract? The RE agent has only offered to have an investor take over (posted on a previous thread) the title, but the mortgage remains in owner's name. It's obvious the RE agent and investor are out to make a profit. She hasn't offered any other way to sell the house. When I ask about other options she keeps coming up with the same investor. I am not giving the title over to the investor (subject to). I feel the agent isn't doing anything. There's a for sale sign in the yard. I spoke to the RE agent's boss. I told her I felt there was a conflict of interest and wanted to cancel my contract. She said she would talk to the RE agent. Boss was supposed to call me back today, but hasn't. Needless to say I haven't heard from the RE agent either. I live out of state and am relying on the RE agent to do her job.
The house has not officially gone on the market. Next week is the plan.
