getting paid for a sale of my home

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington
HI
I sold a mobile home and now I an having a little trouble getting the rest of my money. I hope will can work it out, but i want to be prepared. Can't I file an injuction again any work or selling it and put a lien on it for the money owed? Can some one tell me what forms I would need and where i would find them?

How was the home sold ? CD with down payment?
