gonna be homelessWhat is the name of your state? PA When we found the home we wanted, we offered a lower price than what the couple were asking and they accepted our offer. We went to the home and signed disclosure papers and were told by the sellers that as soon as the confirmation arrived from the mortage company, we could sign the buyers agreement. When those papers came we called the sellers and were told they were going to sell to someone else. We already sold our house and now we have no new house. The sellers told us on more than one occasion that the house was ours and now we are looking at being homeless with three kids. Do we have any legal recourse? Is there anything we can do to still get this house? Please help!! |

| The most important question.... Did you make the offer in writing? Did they accept the offer in writing? Do you have the Purchase Contract completed, IN WRITING, signed by you and the Sellers in your possession?? If not.... Or what kind of documentation or proof that you made an offer and it was accepted by the Sellers?(Verbal is not good enough) Edumacation in Deafenitshuns: Additionally, a Buyer's Agreement is usually defined as an agreement with a Real Estate Brokerage to assist you in the purchase......not an agreement with the Seller (that's called a Purchsae Contract). |
