We only followed realtor advise and did not know this would create a problem. What can we do???? What kind of injunction is on our house? Who is responsible for this situation? Should we get an attorney? What are our options? |
**A: your idiot Realtor created a huge problem. Go and talk to the principal broker to see if their attorney or E&O will handle this problem. If not, you need to hire your own atorney.
