What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida
Just wanted to thank everyone on this website who provided me with valuable advice and suggestions. I provided the HOA docs to the seller's agent and seller has agreed to return the deposit. Our agent thinks it is because he has another buyer but for whatever reason I'm pleased with the result.
