What is the name of your state? nj. we.re having a modular home built and its almost done. we put the down payment on it in feburary of 2003.we are going to a 55 or older community and we wont own the land. the builder said it will be ready in 6 months and that is up now. does the owners of the community have a time limit to have our house ready to occupy?they seem to be dragging their feet getting our deck on and concreat walk layed since its a new street.all our utilities are in. we.ve been waiting for over a year for this place and are getting anxious. thank you,
