Help buying a FSBOI"m located in PA. I"m looking to purchase a FSBO as a rental property. when i contacted my attorney they sent me a PA realtors contract. I can't even read it. it's pretty complex to me. is there a simpler contact that i can use? what other information should i know to purchase this property. can i use a contract off the internet? what items should be in the contract.any other information will be helpfull.thanks ![]() |

| With those questions you are a sitting duck. Pay the 500 or so to an Atty and have them fill out those forms and ask your questions. If you can not afford an Atty to do this then you can not afford to buy a house! |
