Question

help to clear title prior to sale

What is the name of your state? CA
I have question about changing title, from a deceased family member
There is a living trust with one of the two parties listed on the living trust is not interested in taking title of the property
Are there any specific forms needed to have them release interest before the title is to be transfered

**A: yes there is. Check with the trust attorney.
