Help in Missouri

What is the name of your state?Missouri

What to do? Mother owns house with husband, but husband moved out 3 weeks ago to live with another woman (adultery). Mother does not know where he is or how to contact him, but house was already on the market before he jumped ship. An offer is being made on the house-can she sell it without his signature since he is missing in action?
