help? why would a lender want photos days before closing


What is the name of your state?missouri

ok tell me something good please, just talked to my broker who said the lender wants interior photos now we are suppose to close on thrusday
why would they want that now, why do they want that at all?

please someone tell me this isnt a bad sign

**A: maybe the appraiser forgot to take interior shots, maybe it is a new underwriting requirement**************...in any case, digital photos can be emailed in a day. So get on it.

I wish it was up to me in fact i have a ton of photos of the house it ook during my two walk thrus

but they said they have to do it and put it in their program thingy so i cant just give them mine which i offered, i have well over 100 photos of literally everything of the house

some particular lender guidelines require interior photos. It is not the norm. It is just a guideline they come up with. Where they get it is anybodys guess.

I always take them just to have them but don't put them into a report unless it is asked.
