We had an offer placed on our home during the first week that is was on the market. The buyer backed out during 10 day option period. They claimed defects with the house, but did not approach us to have them fixed. At this time we requested a copy of the inspection report, we were promised a copy but never receive one.

Move ahead a month a we have an offer on our house.

I have been told that we have to legally turn over any inspections done dating back three years which we have done.

Now here is my question. The new buyers agent shares an office with the agent of the original buyer. The first agent gives the home inspection to the new buyers agent, but he is refusing to give us a copy. And the new purchaser is making demands off the other buyers inspection.

Is this legal? What if anything can I do

**A: yes it is legal and you can't turn over what you do not have. Why isn't your Realtor telling you these things?
