House Sale

What is the name of your state? AZ
My question is:
Does a Judgement Lien clouds a House sale?

Simple solution to clear title, pay it off out of proceeds. Arrangements can be made in advance so a satisfaction can be held by the title company or the creditor can come to closing and exchange a sat. for a check.
