How to buy 1st home ?

Is it really true, you can buy a home with bad credit and little to no money down ? If so where do I start?

Start by going to your local library, nearest bookstore or search onine for books on the subject.
There are various ways such as buying on installment contract, getting co-signors etc. Talk to a real estate and mortgage broker etc.
