how do i find out who purchased? Deed info?

What is the name of your state? VA
My ex boyfriend purchased a home. We are going through a child support case (he currently pays none). To cover up his money he had a friend fly to va and purchase the home for him. How can I find out exactly how the deed reads... did the friend purchase the home as a rental property with my ex as a renter? Was it a co-owned purchased? Is this public information? How can I find this out ASAP

I went down to the circut court this afternoon and was able to look at a copy of the deed which is listed only in the name of the friend as buyer. Would the title report have some other info on it?
When he finally told me that he in fact had this person come and purchase the house for him, i said so its not really your house? He said yes I gave him the money to do it for me.... and I'm going to have something drawn up to say I have interest in the house and he cannot sell it to anyone but me. What kind of contract could that be? that would be helpful if something like that was really out that because it would show him having interest or at least a connection to the purchase of this house.

**A: I suggest hiring an attorney.
