how do i seek specific performance, and do i NEED a lawyer? What is the name of your state? florida i'm in contract to buy a home, the seller decided abruptly that he does not want to sell. my imagination is that he realized he's selling for too little. how do i go about seeking specific performance, and do i NEED a lawyer to help me with this? if i do in fact need a lawyer, does the winner of a dispute generally get fees as well as the judgement? please give me a detailed answer on the how-to, or at least references for a detailed how-to. i can't seem to find the answer to my question anywhere. |

| Talk to your Realtor or Real Estate Attorney about this.
