I live in California. We need to determine vesting for the property my husband and I would like to purchase. Where do we find definitions for "Joint Tenants" "Community Property" "Community Property with Right of Survivorship" or "Tenants in Common"? What should we choose?

The first 2 are the same.
I recommend Tenants by the Entirety.

Cool

Thank You for the information...Unfortunately "Tenants in Entirety" was not even listed as an option, so now I am looking for yet another definition. Anyway, we hired a real estate lawyer to assist in our purchase. She advised that she will explain all the paperwork and help with vesting at our first meeting. Problem solved!
