how to hold title to propertyWhat is the name of your state? texas What is the difference in joint tennants w/ right of suvivorship and community property w/ right of suvivorship? Will one or the other avoid probate if you hold title to your property as such? |

| I have never seen community property with right of survivorship on a deed. Community property is used in some states to refer to property in a marriage and who owns it. Joint tenancy with right of survivorship avoids probate and the property transfers to the survivor of those who own property should one die. |
