How much the home warranty should be stipulated?

What is the name of your state?GA
My offer has been stipulated Seller to pay one year home warranty to the buyer no more than $380 at the closing. Is it good enough? Thanks.

The answer to your question is whether the buyer and seller both agree to this in writing. If so, then it's okay; if not, then it is not okay.

For amount! Can’t you understand it? Don’t you know the money is always the one that everyone is interested in?

On what basis are we to answer your question? How are we supposed to know the amount of money that each of y'all would take?

So, you have no experience with it. I have already got it. You may go for others.

You are wanting to know if $380 is enough to cover a home warranty. Who is ordering it? Your agent or the seller's agent? This is a question your agent should easily be able to find out the answer for you. The answer as to whether $380 is enough depends on which Home warranty company is used and what the coverage includes.

Just ask your agent who is ordering it and what company will be used.
