| Living in RI. considering selling house,it was worth about $117. only problem is we have discovered there is a main beam rotted missed by inspector at time of purcase.....about how much would it be to replace, and if we did not fix it how much off the price would we have to take to sell it ? i'm not even sure if house is sellable at a decent price ...i know i wouldn't buy it if i new about beam before hand, and we will disclose it. Any other options for us? Thank you in advance. |

| Bring in several contractors to give you estimates. If you can, fix the problem and disclose the repair to the Buyer. |
