Husband buying house while we are still married

What is the name of your state? Ohio

My husband is in the process of purchasing a house and we have not even initiated the divorce process? What are my rights?

With what funds is he purchasing the house? Out of what kind of an account?

Are you legally separated or just someone walked out the door?

If a divorce is pending then get yourself an Atty and he/she can answer the question when presented with all the facts to go on.

Are marital or non-marital funds being used for the purchase? IS he converting an asset he already had (such as a mutual fund account) into a different form of investment (real estate)?

You have the right to remain silent.

You have the right to consult with an attorney before any questions.

You have the right to provide facts with which to form a valid legal opinion.

No, we are not legally seperated, we are just living seperate and neither has filed for divorce let alone got an attorney.... and he is not using anything to buy the house. He is getting it with no down payment so the only thing he will be using is his paychecks to pay the mortgage.
