My husband wants to purchase a 2nd home to invest. We live in california and own a home alraedy, his family lives in Oregon & that's were he'll be purchasing a home. At this particular time I do not think it's a good idea. I am totally against it. If he goes ahead and purchases this property in his name, will I still be liable for this loan? Is there anything that I can sign that totally removes me having to do w/ said property in Oregon.
