I need advice on closings

What is the name of your state? Michigan
I sold my house and was told that the closing would be held on september 30. The day before the closing I was told by my realator everything was a go. I had my house all packed and my belongings were in the process of being shipped to Florida where I planned to relocate. The day of the closing my realator informed me that there was a minor glitch in the paper work for the buyer but everything would be fine and to come to the closing office anyway to sign my part of the closing paperwork. My profit check was to be mailed out the following Monday after the buyer signed his paperwork. 2 weeks have gone by and I am now set up in Florida and was just informed by my realator that the mortgage company for the buyer decided that they would not finance. This after they had already set the closing date and I signed my papers and handed over the keys, moved out all of my belongings and shut off all of the utilities. Is there anyone I can recover all of my costs from?

Don't know, what does your contract say about financing contingencies?
