I want to buy a house

I am a 25 years old female and want to get out of my parents home, I don’t want to waste money on rent but right now I have only $10,000, So here I am looking for your suggestion that where should I go for this? Hope you will help me.
Thanks in advance!

What's the LEGAL question here?
Oh. None.

Call a REALTOR. Yes, a REALTOR. This is not a legal issue.

You must tell us what state you are in!
$10,000 will be plenty of money for a down payment for a first time home buyer.

Some acceptable small "first" homes in my town start at $30,000. Your nest egg would easily cover the 20% down and closing so you can avoid PMI. Like the others have already said, call a realtor.

Check around at local banks to see what sort of loan you could get pre-approved for so you have some idea of price range to look at. And be aware that besides payments for the loan itself, you will have property taxes, insurance, utilities, and maintenance that you will need to cover.
