Ideas Needed

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?

I am in Kansas and looking for an inventive way to present to seller. My specific problem is being self-employed for only 1 year. In mean time I don't want to lose the house I would like to purchase. What are some options such as rent to own, etc. I don't know what they are. Looking for advice.

**A: make an offer the Seller can't refuse, like a huge cash down payment.

There are a number of loan programs specifically designed for self employed persons, try a mortgage broker instead of a bank they will generally have a wider variety of products.

If you've done this already follow the advice above...

The above is my opinion only, not legal advice. If you get something out of it - great - if not you've got what you paid for. If you want legal advice, hire a lawyer...
