Incorrect Date on WB-41

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?WI

Our buyers delivered a WB-41 form as a notice of defects but the accepted offer date is incorrect. Is it still a legal document which satisfies notice of defects?

If not, the buyer had 10 days to deliver notice of defects which has now passed. Can they re-issure another WB-41 with the correct date? Would we still have to make the repairs listed or would the inspection contingency be satisfied since they did not get us a document containing the correct dates to us on time? The original offer states that if the buyer does not provide the seller with a written notice of defects within 10 days the inspection contingency shall be deemed satisfied.

One more question. Is a WB-41 notice all or nothing? Can we reply with a WB-40 stating that we will make some of the repairs listed on the notice?

Thanks in advance for your advice.
