[What is the name of your state? Florida

WE quit claimed property to my son - this was done in August 2002 - in Nov 2003 - a judgement was entered in the county one of us - this has attached to our title -even though our names are no longer on it and my son is not part of the judgement. How can this be done and how can we get it removed so he can close on the property and get his money?
