Joint Purchase Agreement ... drafting a doc

What is the name of your state? International (Europe)

I have recently purchased a property as an investment with a friend.
We are trying to draft a 'joint purchase agreement' - what should be included in such a document ? does a standard on-line doc exist that we can use / tailor ?

FYI: The type of co-ownership is 'tenancies-in-common'

Thanks in advance

**A: please read the red words at the top of the page. Europe is not a state of the US yet.

'joint purchase agreement'

I appreciate your insightful reply .... but I would suspect that a 'joint purchase agreement' is a fairly generic document that could easily be adapted to a European document ... ie. a few minor spelling adjustments.

Anyhow, back to my original query - if anyone has produced a similar doc. (US or European) I would appreciate it if you could give me a few pointers re: the same - or a web link to a sample document.

Regards
