Question
Hello I live in Columbia MD, and I am about to buy a home In Bowie MD. I go to settlement at the end of July. The owners of the house I am buying want me to rent them back the house for the month of august because their new house won't be finished being built until the end of August. Is this a wise thing for me to do??, can I push the settlement date to August??. Thanks for your time

Do not rent back. Close and take possession.

Thanks for the reply HomeGuru, but could you give me an explanation as to why I would not want to rent back, just curious?????
