kickout clause

What is the name of your state? NH

We are in the process of buying a home and the seller accepted 2 offers. Ours and another. Both under the stipulation that whoever sells first the 48 hour kickout clause would kick in. My issue is that we sold and submitted our new offer to the sellers agent complete with the sale of our own house 2 days ago and it was only delivered to the other prospective buyer today. I guess giving him 96 hours. Is there a law covering this in NH?
