| I recently signed a contract to purchase a condominium. In the contract I agreed to pay the first $500 of repairs and the seller was to pay the rest, to which they agreed. The seller is now stating that the listing agreement provisioned that they would not be liable for repairs. My question is this; does my contract supersede the listing agreement? Thanks. |
