What is the name of your state? michigan. I own a home that I recently "sold" by land contract. The contract was never notarized, or finalized. The buyer put $500 down, and was supposed to pay $425 a month. He is now 2 months past due. He rented out the house to other people, and does not live on the premises. The house is still in my name, as the contract was never finalized, and so was not filed at the title office. What papers do I have to serve to regain my property?
