location indiana was buying home on land contract but with no contract provided by seller 3rd month of paying payment then 2 week later i find out house is in forcloser did not give any more money untill i got a lease contract something never came lived in home 5 months untill found place to move what are the sellers legal rights and mine if im taken to court also relocating was hard on my 8 year old daughter who had to change schools

I have no idea who has what legal rights because both parties did not do things right tantamount to the blind leading the deaf.
