Question

Land Contract Clause


I need some information on a clause--The exact words r----Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary the entire principal and interest shall be paid in full if purchaser assigns,sells,rents,or otherwise conveys her interest without the prior written consent of vendors.such consent shall not be unreasonably with held.What does this mean ( I would like to rent or lease my house but the atty. says I cant or I will lose my house.)is this true?

You need approval to do so from the Seller first.

what if i want someone to move in with me at my home --do i need permission first with seller?

Is this person going to be paying rent? In any case, get approval first. You do not want to piss the Seller off since you do not have legal title to the property.
