What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Michigan

I currently own a manufactured home that is in a park and want to sell it under a land contract. I don't have any questions about the contract, but my question is that the community rules state that the property must be occupied by the owner of the home. In other words, no renting. If the home is sold under a land contract, they are the new owners and they are not considered renters, correct???

Thanks

A buyer under a Land Contract is a VENDEE, NOT a "tenant". They have an ownership interest under the LC.
