Land Contracts

My husband and I are planning on purchasing a house In Osceola PA. We are using a land contract with the seller. We have known them for a year and they are very nice people and I don't forsee any problems. I have never done this before so I have no clue as to what the legal procedures are or the laws in Pennsylvania. Can anyone help?

simple. Hire a real estate attorney to get a title report, draft a purchase contract then draft the legal agreement contract form and have it recorded so it is on title.
