landcontract

What is the name of your state? wi i was wondering, me and my husband owe about 6,000 on our trailer in a trailer court and we want to sell it out right or landcontract with no money down just to get rid of it. would we have to have a lawyer to do the contract to sell it land contract to own.

A trailer is a vehicle. Do you also own the land upon which it sits?

The correct term is an installment contract, not a land contract since there is no real property involved.
