Landlord interferes with landowner

What is the name of your state?Arizona
Okay heres one for ya ! I am renting a place that I would like to purchase. Landowner and Landlord put into the lease agreement that I have the oppertunity to purchase before anyone else. I explained I would not be able to look for a loan until Jan. when my school is out. Everysince Jan the land lord has been trying to evict me. After winning 2 court cases the last one was a forcible on a 30 day and now I have 2 weeks to move. She says she sold it to someone else, but the realator and her have 2 different stories. All I know is I thought I was now going to have a stable home, I have 3 kids , 5 dogs and I cant even imagine finding a place let alone moving in that amount of time. I am already suing the landlord(her daughter)but dont we have rights somehow to where I can persue sueing her(landowner) This is stress I just dont need, and if they are selling it than why not to me, Money is money and they are not looking at that they just want me out. Land lord really has it in for me
I want to write her and tell her what she faces in court beause it sure seems as though I have a strong case, I could tell her I will drop it if she does what she had said and sell to me. What do you thinK, I am desperate on which way to go here

Just because you have an option to buy, does not mean the sellers need to wait untill you are ready. They can sell to whomever they want since you are giving them a timeline. They are not obligated to your time line.

It is now up for sale and you had the option of buying, but you told them you couldn't at that time.

They can now sell it to whoever they want.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.

Sorry I guess you misunderstood, I have been ready to buy, but landlord has been trying to evict me since Jan. I did not put them on a timelimit, I am renting this place, landowner and landlord put in writing I had first oppertunity to buy then sold it without a word to me.
