Landlord wont let me pay

What is the name of your state?IOWA I signed a leese to own in Feb2005. In june the landlord got divoriced and now wants her house back. She will not accept the payments of 400 a month of witch 250 is to go to equity of the house. we have been to court 1 time and it judge mthrew it out because she had not given a notice to pay only a notice to quit. since then I have found another house and started financing steps so I could move and leave this mess behind. now I have come to the step that the finance company wants rent reciept. I have none from June July Aug Sept Oct, because she will not take the leese payment, and I can not get financing without it but how can I get her to take the leese payment. Also should I have to give her the hole 400 or just the 150 that would not be applied to the equity of the house. I really dont even want the house now but I dont want to get stuck holding the short end of the stick. is there still a law about refusle of payment clears the debts especialy since she did it in front of the judge. hope you can help

You can't force her to give you a receipt for payments you didn't make (or her accept).
And no, your lease obligation is NOT waived due to her failure to accept. I suggest you send/give her checks for your rent. Whether she cashes them or not is up to her. Keep copies of ALL checks and check register.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
