Landowner will not sign off

What is the name of your state?Indiana We are getting a loan through Ditech and our land owner will not sign the deed papers until he get his money. Ditech has a 3 day cancelation where when you sign 3 days later you get your funds but owner will not agree to that until he gets money first, what should we do. In our contract with land owner we have 5 years to payoff land and we only have 9 months left. Can pay off, but he will not let us because he will not sign off? Now what?
