Laws regarding retirement rollover into a house.

What is the name of your state? CA

Anyone know about rolling your retirment ( 401k, IRA etc.) accounts into a property that one can own, but must rent out?

Are there certain Real Estate Laws that govern this?
I've inquired with the IRS already, but if anyone knows those sections I'd appreciate a faster turn over.
